Welcome to our web site, we're here to help!
Whether you are a first time home buyer, a seasoned home buyer, someone who is wanting to sell their home, or a home owner wanting a home maintenance action plan, we have a service for you.
Unlike hiring a physician to diagnose your illness, an accountant to analyze your taxes, or an attorney to represent your case...
The home inspection industry is unregulated in many parts of our country, including in the State of Washington. As a result, you will find there are a wide variety of “options” out there for you when it comes to hiring a home inspector.
Just as confusing as what you need in an inspection can be who you need...
Do you need a city code inspector? An architect? An engineer? A pest control operator? A general contractor? You may need one of these professionals, but first you need a professional home inspector who can assess the entire home – not just one or two specific areas.
Get the facts before
making an investment.
We know that buying a home is an emotional experience. It’s also most likely one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make.
Whether you’re buying your very first home, your dream home, your retirement home, or an investment property, what you don’t want is to close escrow and then find out your new house needs major structural work, an electrical upgrade, roof repairs, or that is has a bad drainage system, plumbing problems, or pests.
A home is a place to live, but it’s also a significant investment.
Doing your homework and understanding your investment empowers you to make the best possible decisions. Our job is to educate you about your home and give you valuable maintenance and repair information that will help you not only during the purchasing process, but in the future as well.
About 70% of the homes we inspect are in pretty good shape.
They have no major problems and, if anything, need only minor repairs or maintenance. It’s the other 30% of homes that cause potential home buyers to take a step back, consider their purchase decision, and perhaps re-negotiate with the seller.
Rolling the dice, gambling and hoping that the house you’ve made an offer on is one of the 70% without major issues, is risky.
It’s far preferable to make the important decision about whether or not to buy a home with all the available information in your hands – in detail, in writing.
